Knight-Dik Internship Program
Knight-Dik Insurance offers paid Sales & Marketing Internships for motivated college students in the Worcester area. Interns work directly with our business development team, gaining hands-on experience with prospect research, targeted outreach, and real-world B2B marketing—along with mentorship from experienced sales and marketing leaders.
Students pursuing degrees in business, marketing, communications, finance, or related fields are encouraged to apply. Flexible scheduling is available year-round.
