Knight-Dik Adds Alfego as Commercial Lines Producer

Knight-Dik Insurance has hired Michael Alfego as a commercial lines producer at the Worcester-based firm.

Alfego joins the Worcester-based agency from the insurance agency AssuredPartners (formerly Halstead Insurance) working in its Fitchburg, Massachusetts office, where he served as a commercial lines sales executive. In that role, he managed a commercial property and casualty book of business composed primarily of companies in the construction and real estate industries.

Prior to his tenure at AssuredPartners, Alfego was a Master Electrician at Alfego Electrical Services and Worcester County Security Systems, Inc. in Boylston, Massachusetts.

In his new role at Knight-Dik, Alfego will focus on helping business owners protect their people, assets, and operations. As a Commercial Lines Producer, he will act as a trusted advisor to clients, delivering comprehensive and cost-effective risk management and insurance solutions.

Alfego is a licensed property and casualty insurance broker in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He holds certifications as a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) and a Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist (CLCS), as well as an unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL). He earned his bachelor’s degree from Brandeis University in Waltham, where he was captain of the varsity baseball team, and is a graduate of Saint John’s High School in Shrewsbury.
